The company brand’s success was sealed thanks to the authentic and memorable taste of the coffee-coated buns accompanied with delicious beverages. Currently, there are over 400 PappaRoti cafes and kiosks across the globe – an absolute testament to our brand’s appeal.

This tremendously successful chain offers not just scrumptious food and beverage options, but it’s also a veritable assault on the senses! Right from the distinctive aroma that entice customers, to the visually appealing array of food and frothy drinks and the delectable taste that has garnered wide-spread acclaim.

The downright delicious coffee caramel buns have gained enormous praise and is now immensely popular in countries from China to UAE. Though the art of pastry definitely varies across different cultures, Papparoti has successfully developed a unique and single recipe that surpasses cultural diversity and appeals to an international audience. It’s no secret that food binds together different cultures and people from various walks of life and Papparoti seemed to have done just that. Now, the Papparoti domain is venturing further afield, dedicated to spreading the flavor of our intensely flavorful and aromatic bread buns.

Our products are certified Halal by JAKIM Malaysia, and our manufacturing site adheres to strict food safety standards set by ISO 9001 and HACCP systems to meet international export requirements. ONLY Papparoti Signature Bun, Papparollie, Papparoti Durian Custard, Papparoti Signature Cookies, Papparoti Molten Tart, Papparollie Red Bean Filling, Papparollie Pumpkin Filling and Papparollie Sweet Potato Filling are produced by our ISO & HACCP certified factory in Malaysia.

These established systems enable us to effectively control and monitor our production line. From receiving the raw materials to processing the ingredients, packaging the final product to delivering the goods to our customers, each step is carefully controlled in order to ensure that contamination risks are minimized.

Secret of our Signature Buns
We ardently believe that the process is as important as the result. This is why we put in a lot of time and effort to train our staffs. Customers can see how our bakers prepare the bun on-site, meticulously spreading the topping in concentric circles for a stunning effect. These glazed, caramel-coated buns are now primed for a brief spell in the oven before being served.

Finished Product: A) Aerobic plate count: <106 cfu/g of sample, Mold count: <104 cfu/g, Yeast count: <106 cfu/g, Coliform count: <102 cfu/g, E.coli count: ND (<10 cfu/g), Salmonella: Absent in 25g, Bacillus cereus: <105 cfu/g. B) Trace metal contaminants, Arsenic: ≤ 1ppm, Lead: ≤ 2ppm, Mercury: ≤ 0.05ppm, Cadmium: ≤ 1ppm, Antimony: ≤ 1ppm.
